Mixed at a convenient 1:1 ratio, it delivers a cream-colored, thixotropic paste that won't sag on vertical surfaces and can fill gaps up to 0.08 inches. With a pot life of 10–15 minutes and a fixture time of 25–35 minutes, you get ample working time for precise part alignment before the bond sets. Shear strength on steel reaches up to 4,000 psi, while peel strength hits 15–20 PIW, making it ideal for structural assemblies subject to impact and vibration. The cured adhesive operates reliably from -40°F and resists industrial solvents and fuels. No primer is required for most substrates, and full cure is achieved at room temperature within 24 hours. Available in 50 ml and 400 ml cartridges compatible with standard static mixing nozzles for clean, consistent dispensing every time.
