Full-Time Social Worker – Youth Justice Services – Secure

Under the general supervision of the Director of Services, the Social Worker provides individual, group and family counselling and evidence-based rehabilitative programs to address the mental health and emotional issues of the youth. The Social Worker is responsible for completing clinical reports for casework and case file review with Youth Justice Officers. The Social Worker will provide guidance and support for the Youth Justice Officers in the development of crisis management strategies for individual young persons.
*Position Details: Monday to Friday (40hrs/week), paid bi-weekly, & eligible for Benefits, Pension and Vacation following completion of probationary period!
